Customs in Curaçao needs them. Without a commercial invoice we cannot ship the cargo, so send it with the box or email it as soon as you order.
You have 1 month of free storage to collect all your boxes at our warehouse, counted from the day each box is received. Boxes that stay longer are charged storage.
Send us its tracking number. We use it to find the box and add it to your shipment. Boxes that cannot be identified stay in the warehouse until ownership is documented.
Yes, in South Florida. Choose “Pick up in South Florida” as the cargo location when you ask for a rate and give us the pickup address.
No. Cargo is collected from Cur-Ant in Curaçao; we do not offer home delivery. We let you know when your cargo is ready for pickup.
No. Cur-Ant decides how your consolidated shipment travels, by sea or by air, and confirms the shipping mode and the final price.
Boxes that arrive after your ship instruction are charged separately and pay double import duties in Curaçao. Complete your list of tracking numbers before you give the go-ahead.
